Brake Lining
CVS® Brake Lining is a semi-flexible, 100% asbestos-free lining manufactured from a solid woven fabric of both natural and man-made yarns. Contains brass wire insertion which helps to stabilise the friction value by conducting heat from the operating surface. When the woven fabric is impregnated with the specially developed synthetic resin it produces a friction material with excellent stability and high resistance to wear. It cures between two close-fitting metal surface when con ned in the absence of air. Once cured, the gasket is flexible and can withstand slight flange movement due to vibrations.
Anaerobic Gasket Flange Sealant (FS518)
Metal-Tek® Gasket Flange Sealant (FS518) is a general purpose gasketing product with excellent contamination tolerance for use on rigid iron, aluminum, and steel flanged mating surfaces. It cures between two close-fitting metal surface when confined in the absence of air.
