Metal-Tek® Gasket Flange Sealant (FS518) is a general purpose gasketing product with excellent contamination tolerance for use on rigid iron, aluminum, and steel flanged mating surfaces. It cures between two close-fitting metal surface when confined in the absence of air.

 

 

Applications:

Suitable for sealing flanges of metal parts, or machining parts with minor flange migration under temperatures, pressures, and stresses. Ideal for creating form-in-place gaskets in motor vehicles, engineering machinery, internal combustion engines, mining machines, pumps and other motive power machines.
