Metal-Tek® Anaerobic Thread Sealant (TS542) is a one component acrylic sealant designed for locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings. The sealant cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, preventing loosening and leakage from shocks and vibrations.

 

 

 

 

Applications: Suitable for use on fine threads used in hydraulic, pneumatic and general fittings that will be exposed to vibration or repeated impacts.
